Mariah Carey prepares for world tour
Following the release for her album, Charmbracelet, Mariah Carey is preparing for a world tour. The Grammy-award winning artist will tour Asia, Europe and North America. Carey has much in store for her fans, as she's promising an "unplugged" feel to her tour. On the tour, people will be able to witness the real Mariah, with a few secret surprises in store.
Carey's last promotional tour was a disastrous one in which, due to extreme exhaustion, she was hospitalized. She said that this tour will be different - it's designed with her health and well-being in mind.
Mariah's previous album, Glitter did not sell well, and her accompanying movie of the same name tanked at theaters. Movie star or not, fans worldwide are already anticipating Carey's tour which kicks off in Japan in June. Dates have yet to be posted for the North American leg of the tour, but Carey insisted that it would be decided shortly. (NDTV)
